Choir Director job at Fort Worth ISD. Fort Worth, TX. Fort Worth ISD is currently accepting applications for anticipated middle school and high school choir director positions for Fall 2025. The ideal candidate possesses strong vocal pedagogy skills, excels in student recruitment and retention, and demonstrates the ability to prepare students and ensembles for UIL, TMEA, and a variety of performances and contests.
We are seeking collaborative, student-focused educators with a passion for choral music and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities and Qualifications- Develop and direct middle school and high school choir programs for Fall 2025.
- Possess strong vocal pedagogy skills.
- Recruit and retain students; foster a positive, inclusive ensemble culture.
- Prepare students and ensembles for UIL, TMEA, and a variety of performances and contests.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to support music education.
