• Comprehensive Patient Care - Provide diagnosis, treatment, and consultations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration - Work alongside specialists, advanced practice providers, residents, and clinical staff
• Patient Education & Preventative Care - Guide patients through their health journey with compassionate and proactive care
• Academic & Research Involvement - Support medical education, residency programs, and performance improvement initiatives
• Community Engagement - Serve as a healthcare resource to patients, families, and the broader Fort Worth community

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered medical care to improve outcomes and enhance satisfaction
• Diagnose and treat patients while ensuring timely referrals for specialized care
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans to optimize patient care
• Participate in peer review and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with JPS Health Network guidelines and industry best practices
• Engage in teaching, research, and mentoring of medical students and residents
• Build a positive brand and patient experience for JPS and Acclaim through effective communication and collaboration

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency and/or fellowship training within a recognized specialty
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in respective specialty
