THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an Interior Designer (3+ Years Experience) ready to accelerate into leadership. This is not an assistant role. This is for someone who:

  • Understands construction and wants field exposure
  • Is confident in AutoCAD and wants mastery
  • Wants ownership — not observation

  • Is hungry to become a Lead Designer

You will work on luxury new builds and large-scale renovations that demand excellence.

WORK–LIFE BALANCE & BENEFITS Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • No nights
  • No weekends

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical & Construction Coordination

  • Produce and redline detailed AutoCAD drawings
  • Interpret architectural plans
  • Participate in construction walkthroughs
  • Communicate with builders and trades
  • Solve technical challenges with growing autonomy

Design Development

  • Support selections, specifications & presentations
  • Maintain documentation accuracy
  • Protect brand standards

Project Execution

  • Track deliverables & deadlines
  • Coordinate procurement & installations
  • Maintain organized project documentation
  • Ownership increases with capability.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years interior design experience (luxury preferred)
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • AutoCAD proficiency (Sketch Up preferred)
  • Ability to read/redline plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
