Overview
Our client is a mid-sized firm, that works on new construction as well as historic renovation projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Architect. This is an opportunity to experience working on projects from Programming through Construction Administration.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of projects, working directly with clients, while reporting directly to the principal-in-charge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience with Historic Preservation is a plus
- Licensed Architect Required
- Technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
- 15-25 years of experience
- Knowledge of building and life safety codes
- Must be able to review and edit technical specifications
- Self-starter;
Ability to multi-task, create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets - Collaborative personality to excel in team situations is essential
- Proven ability to manage clients and meet their expectations
- Proficiency and project experience utilizing support software Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and Revit, Newforma Project and Information Management software
