AAFCU Headquarters (DFW-AACU) — Fort Worth, TX. Requisition . This role is part of the Servicing Operations team within the American Airlines Credit Union and focuses on providing excellent service to members and front line staff with the servicing of titles for American Airlines Credit Union.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality member service and supporting front line staff in title servicing operations.
What you'll do- Answer department ACD calls from members
- Perform clerical duties necessary to perfect security liens, title transfers and lien releases
- Review, maintain and track title files and reports
- Assist members and Credit Union staff with title processing, ownership transfer, state filings and lien recordings
- Interact with field staff via telephone, e-mail and fax
- Interact with various state motor vehicle departments
- Review loan documents for accuracy and legality
- Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union
- Research member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner
- Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the organization
- Cross-train on Member Services Representative duties to provide coverage for teller line during morning hours, lunches, vacation and Saturday rotations (if position is located in a Branch location)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all account information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Previous customer service experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through work experience or education
- Skilled in data entry with the ability to operate standard office machines
- Excellent member service skills and professional interaction with all employees and members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as part of a team
- Effective communication with all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Spanish language ability is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under high-volume pressure
- Strong self-motivation with organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
