Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $17.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with missed appointments.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
Qualifications:
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (preferably dual‑screen experience).
- Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
