About the Role
LMK Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large and growing pest control company.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers at our branch, helping ensure they have a positive experience. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, educate customers about our services, and support the branch team. This is an in-office role that requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule and adjust service appointments and support efficient route planning.
- Process customer payments accurately and maintain records in the CRM.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Educate customers on services, maintenance needs, and promotions.
- Work closely with branch managers and technicians to resolve issues.
- Assist with customer retention and rescheduling to prevent cancellations.
- Provide customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Support branch managers with general tasks and projects as needed.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable learning new systems; basic computer skills required.
- Experience with Field Routes CRM or Voice for Pest is a plus (training available).
- Must maintain professionalism and pass a background and credit check.
- Competitive pay: $16-$22/hr, based on experience.
