About the Role

LMK Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large and growing pest control company.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers at our branch, helping ensure they have a positive experience. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, educate customers about our services, and support the branch team. This is an in-office role that requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Schedule and adjust service appointments and support efficient route planning.
  • Process customer payments accurately and maintain records in the CRM.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Educate customers on services, maintenance needs, and promotions.
  • Work closely with branch managers and technicians to resolve issues.
  • Assist with customer retention and rescheduling to prevent cancellations.
  • Provide customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
  • Support branch managers with general tasks and projects as needed.
  • Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable learning new systems; basic computer skills required.
  • Experience with Field Routes CRM or Voice for Pest is a plus (training available).
  • Must maintain professionalism and pass a background and credit check.
