Our client, a multinational finance company, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a long-term temp contract role to manage their Client Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This position involves handling all aspects of the center's operations, from setting up meeting rooms to providing a welcoming presence at the front desk. The Client Services Coordinator will ensure smooth operations for client meetings, overseeing setups, refreshments, and liaising with catering services for larger events.
The company values professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. This is an on-site, long-term temporary contract position.*Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Center, including six meeting rooms.
- Coordinate all meeting setups, coffee service, and guest reception.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Assist with food handling and service for client meetings and events.
- Liaise with catering staff and assist during larger meetings when necessary.
- Ensure the Client Center is always prepared for meetings, including managing AV equipment, room configurations, and cleanliness.
- Report directly to a supervisor based in the Dallas office.
- Handle approximately 20-25 meetings per week, with group sizes ranging from 2 to 20 people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the Client Center.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling food and beverages; food handler training will be provided.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, as the face of the Client Center.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation, as parking is self-paid.
