The Account Representative is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of repeat customers as it pertains to all operational functions of ACR. Support daily order processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status and other key information on a portfolio of accounts. Account Representatives are ACRs single point of contact for processing orders for our customers, responding to inquiries and handling any issues that arise following the order from start to finish.
This is an on-site position in our Fort Worth, TX location.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner first line to customers
Accurately and efficiently process and enter many types of product orders
Respond in a timely manner to emails from sales team and customers, both external and internal
Resolve customer issues within SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)
Oversee accounts as assigned to ensure familiarity with customer base Track orders and provide customers with ETAsInterpret various forms of data to relay customer order trends and patterns
Review and release internal customer web orders
Keeping up to date with all the companys products and procedures
Communicate and monitor any delays to customers orders including backordered items
Perform all other tasks, jobs, and or assignments as directed by Management
