Hourly base $17.50 an hour ($18.50 for bilingual) plus uncapped commissions to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 per year.

- Help customers schedule free in‑home consultations over multiple contact channels, including both outbound and inbound calls
- Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients while providing excellent customer service
- Experience with outbound and inbound calls
- Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone
- Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
- Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Scheduling availability Monday‑Friday 10 am‑7 pm or 9 am‑6 pm, with weekend availability
