Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and friendly

Customer Service Clerical Representative to join our team. This role supports the Customer Service department by handling incoming calls, processing orders, performing data entry, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner
• Enter orders accurately into the system and verify product availability
• Assist with processing returns, order changes, and shipping information
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Provide support to the sales team and other departments as needed
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and mail handling

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• Prior customer service or office clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
