We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role plays a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events and on-site operations
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and event timelines
• Ensure all event elements align with company standards and client expectations
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing operational needs as they arise
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and post-event reports
