Estimator, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Responsibilities

• Provide complete conceptual and final cost estimates on complex projects
• Prepare detailed proposals based upon thorough understanding of drawings and specifications
• Review contracts
• Coordinate with foreman, superintendent, and other personnel to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare RFI’s, RFC’s, CO’s, and coordinate with the General Contractor, Architect and other parties to complete work throughout the duration of all projects
• Attend site visits, pre‑bid walkthroughs, jobsite walkthroughs, coordination meetings, pull schedule meetings and any other meetings to perform responsibilities
• Maintain healthy working relationships with clients and peers
• Travel Required
• Travel to job sites required.

• Must be a highly motivated individual willing to surpass client expectations
• Must be an extremely detail oriented individual
• 5 years minimum successful estimating/project management experience in the drywall and acoustical industry
• Thorough understanding of all construction plans and specifications including Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite software including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• 4 year degree from major university or college in relevant field
• LEED accreditation
• Experience working in The Edge Estimating Software
• Ability to speak Spanish
• Experience in Bluebeam
