I am currently working with a Concrete Contractor speciailzing in Commercial, K-12 and Healthcare projects across Central Texas. They are looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join their team in the Fort Worth area.
Requirements- 5+ years experience of concrete estimator
- Previous experience working for a concrete contractor
- Experience estimating for commercial, K-12, healthcare or architectural projects
- Prepare detailed and accurate concrete quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Review plans, specifications, and local code requirements to define concrete scope, pricing, and constructability.
- Solicit and analyze pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, incorporating labor, material, equipment, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction and handoff, identifying risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
