The Staff Pad is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial roofing contractor based in Saginaw, Texas
, to find an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader known for tackling complex, high-value commercial and industrial roofing projects across the country—including new construction, reroofing, waterproofing, and historical restoration.

What You ll Do:- Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project needs and present tailored roofing solutions
- Create professional, detailed proposals including scopes, timelines, and pricing
- Present and negotiate contract terms with property owners, facility managers, and contractors
- Act as the main client liaison throughout the sales process and project lifecycle
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and project delivery
- Stay current on roofing systems (TPO, PVC, metal, etc.), codes, and market trends
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial roofing or construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
- Skilled in prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiation, and CRM tracking
- Ability to read blueprints and evaluate job site specifications
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales
- Familiarity with restoration, reroofing, or insurance-related commercial roofing work
- Experience working with general contractors, property managers, and national accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and estimating tools
