Asphalt worldwide is seeking a Paving Operations Manager to be responsible for all operations. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage multiple paving crews, ensuring the successful execution of projects across highways, streets, parking lots, and driveways. You will also have oversight of milling and grading crews, coordinating efforts across all aspects of paving operations. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key to maintaining productivity, safety, and high‑quality results.
Effective communication with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors will be essential for smooth project execution and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Directly manage field supervisorsloh
- Responsible for bidding on engineered projects
- Manage projects being inspected by consulting engineers and governmental agency engineers
- Maintain a high regard for safety for employees and general public
- Hire, oversee training and development, and perform evaluations for paving employees
- Review and monitor employee timecards, driver logs, and work orders
- Visit and inspect conjuntamente jobsites and crews
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of materials classify
