Job OverviewHome Front Design Build is seeking an experienced and self‑motivated Construction Manager to lead residential remodeling projects—including kitchens, baths, whole‑home renovations, and additions—throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Remodeling will remain our primary focus in the near term, with exciting plans to expand into new home construction, including our first ground‑up spec home. This is a key role for someone who enjoys the complexity and satisfaction of high‑end remodels while also looking to grow into larger builds.
You’ll manage field operations from start to finish, ensuring top‑quality results, strong client relationships, and profitable project delivery.
- Lead all phases of construction, from pre‑construction planning through final completion.
- Oversee jobsite activities, project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage permitting, inspections, and ensure code compliance.
- Serve as the primary field contact for clients, trade partners, and team members.
- Support estimating on larger projects including additions and full builds.
- Drive schedule adherence and manage project changes in real time.
- Mentor remodeling crews and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Help shape best practices and elevate performance as our company grows into larger scopes of work.
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction management—especially additions, full remodels, or new builds.
- Strong knowledge of building processes from the ground up.
- Experience with estimating or running remodel bids is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling and construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project).
- Deep understanding of building codes and inspection requirements in Tarrant, Parker, and surrounding counties.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year.
- Annual bonus potential of $10,000–$20,000.
