We are seeking an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to lead field operations for a large-scale data center project in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mission-critical construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This role will oversee all on-site construction activities from sitework through commissioning, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

• Manage all on-site construction activities for a ground-up data center project
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across all trades
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control procedures
• Lead daily site meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including reports, logs, and as-builts
• Proactively identify and resolve constructability, schedule, and coordination challenges

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or industrial projects
• Proven experience delivering ground-up construction projects (data center experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural work, and mission-critical infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
• Proficient with construction scheduling and reporting tools
• Ability to work on-site full time in Dallas, TX
