The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager for a premier commercial roofing contractor based in Saginaw, Texas
. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background managing complex commercial and industrial roofing projects, including new construction, reroofing, and restoration.
$100k-130k Base Depending on Experience
What You'll Do:
- Manage full project lifecycle for large-scale commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
- Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution
- Handle project documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors
- Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and company quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing project management
- Strong understanding of low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently
- Experience with submittals, change orders, RFI management, and closeout documentation
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus
Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Roofing-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Roofing Contractor, LEED Accreditation).
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
Additional Details:
- Field-based role with some office work
- Requires regular travel to job sites (primarily regional)
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops is essential
