We are partnered with a respected construction company in the DFW market seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for a proven commercial PM who understands the full project lifecycle and can manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships on complex builds.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope coordination
• Build and manage project schedules in collaboration with field leadership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Manage project closeout and turnover documentation

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial projects
• Proven experience managing commercial construction (ground-up and/or complex renovations)
• Background across commercial sectors such as Office, Retail, Hospitality, Education
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and scheduling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with construction management software preferred
