We’re looking for an exceptional Construction Manager to oversee field operations, ensure quality workmanship, and lead subcontractors with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial construction projects
- Create, maintain, and adjust project schedules to keep all trades on track
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Resolve field issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, photos, and documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager on progress, budget impacts, and schedule updates
- Lead jobsite meetings and maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and inspectors
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods (structural, MEP, interior build‑out, site work)
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast‑paced projects
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore (or similar software)
- Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety and quality control
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience with ground‑up, tilt‑wall, interior build‑outs, or specialty commercial projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Procore or Bluebeam experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
