We are seeking a Post Tension Estimator / Detailer to join a fast-paced team in the construction industry. This position supports small to medium-sized residential and commercial construction projects and involves a mix of estimating, detailing, and light project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and shop drawings
• Assist with project coordination
• Handle order intake and customer communication
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Shear 97 or ASA (a plus)
• Knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff software (a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
