• Manage large‑scale construction projects for clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor day‑to‑day field activities, manage information flow, and report/track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation meets expectations on time and quality.
• Be a visible onsite leader, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on all snagging activities, including schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem‑solving, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Review proposed variations and delays in works.

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction disciplines.
• Professional project management certification or pursuit thereof (we can help).
• Detail‑oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, friendly team environment.
• Strong relationship‑building with team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
