We are partnering with a well-established commercial roofing contractor seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to expand its national footprint. While this position is based in the DFW area, the sales territory spans across the United States, focused primarily on reroofs, repairs, and long-term maintenance programs for commercial property portfolios.
This is a true B2B, consultative sales role targeting property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and commercial building owners. The right individual understands capital improvement cycles, can generate new business through disciplined prospecting, and builds long-term client relationships that drive repeat revenue.
What You’ll Do- Develop and grow relationships with commercial property managers, facility leaders, ownership groups, and portfolio managers nationwide
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and strategic territory development
- Conduct site visits as needed and collaborate with operations to develop scopes for reroof and repair projects
- Build and manage a national pipeline of capital improvement and maintenance opportunities
- Negotiate and close six-figure projects while maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Proven success in B2B sales within commercial construction, HVAC, electrical, building envelope, facility services, or similar industries
- Experience selling into commercial property managers, facility managers, REITs, or ownership groups
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate opportunities
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Based in the DFW area with willingness to travel as needed
- Established commercial contractor with a strong reputation and national growth strategy
- Revenue driven by essential services including reroofs, repairs, and recurring maintenance programs
- Operational infrastructure in place to support national accounts
- Entrepreneurial environment with significant earning potential through uncapped commissions
- Leadership focused on long-term expansion and market penetration
