The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Dallas team. This individual will support and oversee estimating, detailing, and project coordination for commercial door, frame, and hardware packages. The role focuses on reviewing plans and specifications, preparing accurate take offs and quotes, and working closely with contractors to ensure projects move smoothly from award through completion.
This is a Monday through Friday position within a highly collaborative environment where team members wear multiple hats and support one another. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who values autonomy, accountability, and being part of a close, established group.
Key Responsibilities include:- Reviewing project specifications and preparing detailed estimates and bids
- Coordinating door and hardware schedules with contractors and project managers
- Supporting order entry and project execution to ensure on time delivery
- Collaborating with internal leadership and field partners to drive successful outcomes
- Base salary starting at $95K plus, depending on experience
