Job Overview
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full‑time Early Career Property Analyst professional to support our Finance and Business Operations organization in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will perform property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations. You will interact with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving regulatory compliance issues.
Responsibilities• Perform property control analysis activities.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
• Ensure compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities.
• Handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related technical business field.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and general proficiency with business applications.
- Experience with electronic database systems and the ability to effectively use and leverage these technologies.
- Work effectively in cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
- Knowledge of the different types of contracts (Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, etc.) and the applicability of terms and conditions on the contractor.
- Experience working with DCMA, DCAA, DoD, and LM Aero Process Integrity.
- Familiarization with Maximo‑AMS, SAP, Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Annual base salary range (major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York): $57,100 – $99,015. For states not referenced above, salary range will reflect final work location.

Work Schedule and Remote WorkSchedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Full‑time remote telework: employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site; employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
