We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to recruit, lead and expand a national sales team. This individual will drive our sales strategy, foster strong sales agent relationships, and build a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, quick learner, proven sales leader, and an expert in the payments industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring consistent performance and development.
- Identify new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with company objectives and offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the payments or merchant services industry.
- Experience Interviewing and Recruiting high performing sales professionals.
- Experience managing and scaling large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Strong understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment technology. (Preferred but not required)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to stay competitive.
