We are seeking a self‑motivated Acquisition Specialist to identify and execute the purchase of oil and gas interests nationwide. The ideal candidate thrives in a goal‑oriented environment, is tenacious in achieving targets, and can navigate multiple projectsp>

• Research and gather contact and background information for oil and gas interest owners.
• High‑volume calling and discuss the sale of individual or company oil and gas rights.
• Coordinate closings, title work, and other due diligence with the corporate office.
• Update the internal database with call results, texts, emails, progress, etc.

• Position is in‑house structured as day‑rate plus commission.
• Previous experience in oil and gas related land work.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close transactions.
• Strong communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Problem solver; independently finding solutions to roadblocks is a must.
