Description:
Our client is a leading enterprise in the aviation industry operating a complex technology and product ecosystem that supports large-scale operations and customer experiences. This engagement focuses on advancing a product operating model, accelerating value delivery, and strengthening business agility through modern product management and coaching practices.
Rate: $110.00 to $120.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Serve as a transformation coach to senior leaders and product teams to improve business agility.
- Apply real-world product management and agile experience to build a community of product coaches and practitioners.
- Partner with product leaders and teams to drive customer-focused outcomes using data and insights.
- Coach teams on product mindset, agile principles, human-centered design, modern engineering practices, and frameworks.
- Foster a collaborative and empowered culture that promotes business agility.
- Design and develop facilitator-led materials for product and agile practices.
- Assess team practices and recommend next steps through trust building and coaching soft skills.
- Develop and influence learning strategies for product managers, product owners, and product leaders.
- Integrate organizational strategies and co-discover practical solutions with teams and leaders.
- Mentor and partner with other coaches to refine coaching strategies and capabilities.
- 3 years of experience leading technology-powered products as a product manager or product leader.
- Experience guiding leaders and teams in product management, agile frameworks, and lean practices.
- Demonstrable experience enabling empowered product teams to deliver strong outcomes (preferred).
- Experience aligning senior leadership priorities with business goals and product strategies (preferred).
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders to influence and inspire change across an organization (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
