Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management, supply chain, operations or engineering is required
• 3- 7 years of experience

** Responsibilities**

- The Demand Planner plays a crucial role in maintaining a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the end-to-end supply chain process. This includes key components such as accurate forecasting, effective inventory management, strategic planning, and master data management. The role also encompasses managing the item lifecycle, overseeing disposition processes, and optimizing warehouse operations, including assessing storage capacity and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Additionally, the Demand Planner is responsible for supplier planning and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.

- The Demand Planner will take charge of the demand planning process for designated business units, providing valuable insights into significant shifts in demand patterns. This role is pivotal in identifying potential inventory and supply challenges, employing advanced analytical techniques, and facilitating clear communication to support proactive supply management.

- The role requires overseeing capacity planning and determining production priorities to guarantee that all future demand requirements are met without any shortages.
