Lane Search has partnered with a privately held real estate group with a fast-growing title operation that supports a high volume of residential and commercial transactions. The business has a strong internal pipeline already in place, creating a stable foundation and are now preparing to expand well beyond existing channels to establish a true retail presence in the market.
This is an opportunity to join a title platform that has momentum, investment, and leadership support—while still offering the autonomy to influence how the division grows.
POSITION OVERVIEW- Develop new client relationships across Realtors, lenders, builders, brokers, and investor groups
- Help shape the structure and strategy of a new retail-focused division
- Contribute to hiring and mentoring additional escrow or BD staff as the division expands
- Represent the company externally as the leader of the retail title effort
- This role offers the unique ability to combine production, leadership, and growth strategy.
- Proven success driving business development within the title, real estate, or adjacent transactional services environment
- Established relationships with referral sources such as brokers, investors, builders, lenders, or real estate operators
- Experience building and scaling a business development function, including strategy, process, and pipeline management
- Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and senior leader in an early-stage or growth-oriented platform
- Strong executive presence with the ability to represent the company to partners, clients, and ownership
- Six-figure base compensation with room for adjustment based on background and demonstrated results
- Incentive structure tied to growth, including individual performance
- Foundational pipeline already built in
- Built-in transaction volume to create early momentum
