• Proven experience in corporate strategy or transformation within industrials, mining, chemicals, or heavy manufacturing
• A background that blends strategic acumen with operational exposure — not purely advisory
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder credibility at executive level
• Engineering, Business or Finance degree essential; MBA a strong plus
