We are looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to work with the Managing Partner at 3:10 Capital
.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being organized, keeping projects moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal person anticipates what’s needed, thinks a step ahead, and helps ensure important work keeps moving forward.

This is a trusted role working closely with leadership to help ensure priorities stay organized and important initiatives move forward.

This role plays an important part in helping leadership stay organized, prepared, and focused on the highest-value work.

This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys ensuring important details don’t get missed.

You’ll help track priorities and projects, prepare documents and presentations, follow up with people to get information needed to complete tasks, and assist with communication with our investors and partners
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Track priorities, projects, tasks, and deadlines using organized systems (
    Microsoft 365, task lists, or similar tools
    )
  • Anticipate needs and proactively help ensure meetings, communications, and projects run smoothly
  • Follow up with internal and external contacts to gather needed information and keep tasks on track
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication
  • Support investor and partner communications with professionalism and warmth
  • Help keep processes organized, documented, and efficient
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Proactive mindset — able to anticipate needs and think one step ahead
  • Comfortable tracking tasks and following up with others
  • Personable and professional in communication
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or small teams is a plus

  • Part-time – approximately 20 hours per week
  • $20–$25 per hour
    , depending on experience
  • In-person initially for training
    , with some remote flexibility afterward
