- Assist the Family Support Specialist with facilitation of parenting classes.
- Assist the Family Support Specialist with restocking inventory in the St. Teresa Baby Boutique.
- Provide data entry and administrative support
- Assist the Family Support Specialist with facilitation of parent education classes by preparing client handouts and paperwork, preparing in-kind items (such as diapers and wipes) for distribution to class participants, and assist class participants with registration/sign-in.
- Monitor inventory of items in the St. Teresa Baby Boutique and replenish items as needed.
- Assist the Blessed Beginnings team with data entry, including uploading documents and entering client data into the agency database (Salesforce).
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with interpretation of classes in Spanish and will interpret for clients as needed during class.
- This is a part-time, non-paid position.
- This position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week and least one school semester remaining.
- Schedule could vary from 1 full day per week or 2 half days to help cover classes. Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday availability.
- Enrolled in an approved University as a Bachelor's Level student.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Bilingual in Spanish, required.
- Must have at least one semester remaining.
