- Buildandmaintain Billsof Materials (BOM) fornewandexistingproducts
- CreateBOMshellsfornewmodelsandhospitalityproducts
- Setupandupdateinitialcostinformationforfoamsets,parts,andnewmodels
- Maintainandupdatesub-assemblyitemsbycoordinatingwithvendorsonupdatesor
- Create,log,and maintain
Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in Oracle - Implement Engineering Change Ordersandupdate Engineering Backlog
- Coordinatewithschedulingregardingtestrunpieces
- Communicatewithinternaldepartmentsregardingnewitemsetupandpricing
- Performcostrollupsandupdatesforstaticbillsandconfiguredmodels
- Maintainweeklydatarelatedto
BOMtrackingand Beta quality - Supportadditionaldutiesandspecialprojectsasassigned
- Maintainprofessionalandcollaborativeworkingrelationshipsacrossdepartments
- Minimum2yearsof Microsoft Office experience (Excel,Word,Project,PowerPoint)
- Above-averageproficiencyinExcel
- Strongdataentryskills(8,000–9,000keystrokesperhourwithminimalerrors)
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Strongorganizationalandmultitaskingabilities
- Abilitytoprioritizetasksandmeettightdeadlines

- High School Diplomaorequivalent
- 2yearsofdataentryexperience
- 1yearofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment
- Experience with Oracle
