Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
D&M Leasing isseekinga friendly, organized, and service-driven Customer Service Specialist& Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Worth team. This role blends customer service excellence, front desk reception, and administrative support , serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal team members.
You’llplay a key role in creating a welcoming office environment while supporting daily operations andmaintaininga high levelof customer service.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a knowledgeable primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to customer inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Set up rental car reservations and document entry
- Provide accurate, consistent informationregardingproducts, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve routine and moderately complex customer issues independently, escalating when appropriate
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date customer records
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling sensitive or time-critical situations
- Protect confidential customer and company information in compliance with company policies
- Distribute inner office mail, packages, deliveries, create Fed Ex
- Manage front office and breakroom supplies, inventory, and printer stations, and vendor services
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet service goals
- Support team operations during peak volume periods and special initiatives
- Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments
- Coordinate internal milestone anniversary acknowledgements and recognitions. Submit monthly announcements such as birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires and holidays
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, orsimilar administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with a dependable and positive work ethic
- A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience supporting executives or multiple departments
- Background in a fast-paced officewitha high levelof customer service environment
- Proven success in managing multiple priorities and supporting a dynamic team

Pay Range: $18–$21/hour, based on experience
