Jail Release Coordinator Role/Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
· Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources.
· Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns.
· Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm.
· Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file.
· Collect/request, review, organize, identify key/important information.
· Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
· Ensure appointments are calendared.
· Help with phone and reception duties as needed.
· Overtime hours are available.
Requirements of the Jail Release Coordinator:· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
· 1 year of court, bond, and/or legal experience is preferred but not required.
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Bachelors, or Associates degree is preferred but not required.
