* Summary:
** We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sr Secretary to join our team. This role provides administrative support to leaders, manages calendars/scheduling, greeting visitors, answering phones, handle confidential information, work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and flexibility.

* Qualifications:
*** High school diploma, or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
* Human Resources experience a plus
* 3 years of office management, secretary/administrative, or Human Resources experience, in an office setting
* Computer, Microsoft Office and Outlook skills a must
* Must be comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Ability to learn quickly
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Ability to make appropriate job decisions while following process and procedures
* Bilingual in Spanish a plus
