Job Description
The Church Residency Network Associate provides administrative and logistical support to the Program Director of the Church Residency Network in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities related to church-based partnerships and student engagement. This position supports the overall mission of the institution by assisting with scheduling, communication, document management, data entry, and event coordination. The role also contributes to effective management of partnership logistics, including site agreements, reporting, and coordination of student support activities, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation across program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with communication efforts, including drafting correspondence, coordinating outreach with church-based partners, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Maintains organized digital and physical records, including partnership agreements, reports, forms, and program documentation.
- Provides data entry and basic data management support for program tracking, reporting, and assessment purposes.
- Assists with planning and coordinating events, meetings, trainings, and site-based activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communication.
- Supports logistics related to church-based partnerships, including tracking site agreements, coordinating required documentation, and assisting with reporting requirements.
- Assists with student support logistics related to program participation, including communication, scheduling, and documentation.
- Works collaboratively with program staff, institutional offices, and external partners to support program goals and timelines.
- It is the employee and supervisor’s shared responsibility to regularly meet to discuss performance, suggest job description updates, and set mutually beneficial goals.
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and institutional goals.
- Supports stewardship of program resources through accurate documentation, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
- Assists with responsible handling of program-related data and documents in accordance with institutional policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or coursework toward a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or coordination role preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a part-time work schedule.
- Proficiency with standard office technology and software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, shared document platforms).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with church, ministry, or higher education environments is preferred.
- Successful completion of background check, education verification, work verification and credit check may be required.
- Ability to provide valid proof of identity and Work Authorization in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
