Job Overview:
This position is responsible for providing support to LPS managers and employees, and assisting with daily office needs under the Director of Client Services’ supervision. Office clerk duties include sending out marketing materials, reporting, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Location:
Irving, Texas office 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, with ability to work remote on Fridays.
- Oversee the shipping of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and tracking packages to confirm receipt.
- Manage all mailing operations, including the preparation and maintenance of mailing lists.
- Provide back‑up support for answering and directing phone calls as needed.
- Distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms efficiently to appropriate recipients.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regularly scheduled operational reports.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date contact lists for internal team members and external partners.
- Offer general support and assistance to visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management.
- Good computer skills required, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Hub Spot (highly preferred), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Typically 2 or more years of related experience.
Preferred EducationHigh School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Travel / Physical DemandsTravel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
