Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

The Accountant I will be working directly with the Assistant Controller, Sr. Manager of Cost Accounting, and the Accounting Manager on the Elbit America Accounting Team. With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, this role will support various accounting tasks and functions between General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cost Accounting teams. The position is hybrid, but the candidate will preferably live within proximity to the ESA Corporate offices in Fort Worth, Texas, for on-site work a few days a week.

• Prepare supporting financial schedules and journal entry transactions for accurate financial statements
• Month-end closing tasks
• Account reconciliation and analysis
• Investigative research in the general ledger
• Apply accounting practices and techniques, consistent with GAAP requirements
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed
• Financial reporting preparation and support
• Fixed Assets
• Other projects as assigned

• A bachelor's degree is required
• 0-2 years of experience

• Solid analytical skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy promptly
