Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

+ Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

+ Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams

+ Assist with audits and special projects as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Full-cycle accounting experience with month-end close and preparing financial statements

+ Revenue Recognition

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Large ERP experience is required and Net Suite is highly preferred

+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

+ CPA or CPA-track is a plus
