This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Fort Worth, TX. The Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist will oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities include monitoring outstanding balances, managing collections, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and preparing financial reports. The role will also support efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
• Skills in financial reporting, recordkeeping, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations
• Experience in managing collections and monitoring outstanding balances
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
