Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $25 - $33 / hour

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist with Oil and Gas upstream experience to join our finance team. This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing and coding of invoices in a fast‑paced environment.

• Handles Accounts Payable invoice coding for an E&P Oil and Gas organization.

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable for an E&P Oil and Gas company.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• E&P ERP system experience ideally in Doc Vue, Excalibur, Open Invoice, Ogsys, Bolo, or Enertia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline‑driven environment.
