As a Senior Property Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing financial reporting and analysis for our senior living communities. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience in property management accounting (senior living or multifamily preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software (MRI and Yardi a plus)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• In office at least once per week
• Oversee 8-11 properties
