This position is in office in Downtown Fort Worth
Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Reviews and approves invoices and vendor information
- Verifies approvals, pay dates and accurate 1099 coding
- Verifies correct company and bank information
- Reconciles AP accounts to the general ledger
- Assist treasury with ACH, wire and check payments
- 1099 Reporting to IRS
- 5+ years experience in accounts payable
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Experience with 1099, W-9 and W-8 processing
- Strong excel, including pivot tables
- Stable job history required
