Accounts Receivable Specialist

Financial Additions is assisting a reputable real estate client in Fort Worth with an Accounts Receivable Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Bookkeeping or AR experience within the real estate or property management industry and excellent job tenure.

Base pay range
: $58,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr.

• Process and prepare miscellaneous and recurring tenant charges.
• Run billing reports and reconciliations.
• Create and distribute tenant invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with lease agreements.
• Post wire transfers, electronic payments and daily deposits.
• Assist with month‑end close by reconciling AR subledgers balances to the general ledger.
• Process and post‑billing adjustments.
• Point of contact for tenant billing inquiries.
• Facilitate collections.

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years accounts receivable experience within real estate or property management accounting.
• Understanding of lease terms, tenant billing and collections of accounts receivable.
