• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, and payroll support
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Manage and support internal and external audits
• Prepare and review financial reports and variance analyses for leadership
• Mentor, train, and develop accounting team members
• Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership on special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience managing or mentoring staff
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
