  Senior Accountant
• Schedule:
  
  Hybrid, 3 days in office (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote
• Team Involvement:
  Part of a large Corporate Accounting team supporting a high‑growth business unit. Works cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, Client Services, Operations, and external vendors

• Execute monthly close processes including journal entries, invoicing, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting, audit readiness, and external reporting requests
• Perform detailed review of revenue and cost transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with Client Services to support accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with Business Operations and external vendors to ensure complete and timely financial inputs
• Support ERP and system optimization initiatives, including evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies
• Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Assist with assessing the reporting impact of new accounting standards
• Participate in special projects related to system implementations, scaling initiatives, and process improvements
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
• Maintain strong internal controls, confidentiality, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support internal and external audit processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of hands‑on accounting experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a team‑based environment
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP with the ability to translate accounting concepts into business‑friendly language
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive with an interest in process improvement and automation
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to help scale accounting operations
• CPA is a plus but not required
• Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or public accounting strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, data validation)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Exposure to Power BI, Qualtrics, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus
• Interest in automation, analytics, and systems optimization highly valued
• Base salary range approximately $80K–$105K plus ~12% annual bonus
