This position works directly with all members of the accounting department helping ensure that the financial records of the organization are created accurately and timely.
Job Responsibilities- Daily Cash Report
- Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Daily and Monthly Credit Card Charge Reconciliations
- Assist Controller in the Month End Close process
- Oversee, file and pay all state sales taxes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
- Financial Management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Collaboration skills and team player mindset
- Ethical conduct
- Thorough in completing tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
Business Central experience a plus.
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field.
